Spider Integration Group (SIG) is a project tracking company. We review for the stakeholder(s) of projects the funding and integration of a baggage conveyor system or BHS projects into airports. We review the Other Transaction Agreement(s) (also known as OTA’s) between the airport and their stakeholders and we track the projects to the requirements stated within the OTA or basis of design. Project schedules are reviewed and maintained for accurate completion percentages and critical milestones. Airport baggage operations are based on designs from others BHS design firms and our Site Leads review documentation that the baggage systems are held to from the specific design and scheduling needs. When equipment orders are required for these projects, our Site Leads will review the equipment needs and coordinate the equipment orders and deliveries. Airport baggage systems are network-based and our Site Leads ensure that the networks are structured properly and in accordance with the system design. Weekly meetings with the airport planning committee and stakeholders are a large part of our Site Lead responsibilities and keep the airport’s projects moving forward and maintaining the schedule.
